Plasma audio settings gone + speakers listed as "(unplugged) (unavailable)" in pavucontrol (F44, Aspire laptop)

As the title implies, my internal speakers don’t work anymore, and I don’t know if it’s a hardware issue or software one

They were working fine until I disconnected from my headphones, and then suddenly the options for the internal speakers vanished, outside of Pro Audio which doesn’t seem to ddo anything.

I restarted my computer to see if it was a fluke and KDE Plasma got stuck in a crash loop, but that’s probably unrelated

They still appear in Pavucontrol but they are listed as “(unplugged) (unavailable)”.

I asked a friend about it and decided to give up on PipeWire in favor of PulseAudio. This has restored audio, but now KDE Plasma doesn’t acknowledge the concept of audio

The settings page for speakers is gone, as is the panel icon in the system tray

I tried installing the package kde-settings-pulseaudio-43.101-3.fc44.noarch but it didn’t make the page reappear

Bluetooth settings are also gone now. I managed to get them back but now I always get the error br-connection-unknown. I’ll make a separate thread for that later.
