Plan for switch default imageviewer and cheese app in workstation and silverblue

do we have any plan to switch from image viewer to loupe(new gtk4 image viewer written in rust and this is a incubator) and cheese to snapshot on 39 as 39 beta is already out this has not been there.

I think both are shipped as Flapaks and those are not touched by rpm-ostree updates.

If you’re talking about new installations, then it needs to be updated in the pungi config.

Could you file an issue in the Fedora Silverblue tracker?

So Loupe should be in F39 (Issue #348: Replace eog with loupe as the default image viewer - fedora-workstation - Pagure.io) but is not yet (Issue #348: Replace eog with loupe as the default image viewer - fedora-workstation - Pagure.io).

Snapshot has been pushed to F40: Issue #166: Replace Cheese with Snapshot as the default camera application - fedora-workstation - Pagure.io
