"Pixel Perfect" touchpad scrolling and zooming on Firefox (KDE X11)

Hi Fedora Community. I just switched to Fedora from Debian 13 and noticed 1 issue when I use XOrg (for gaming) on Firefox. No matter what environment variables I set, I can’t seem to get the “pixel perfect” touchpad gestures to work on Firefox under X11.
Is there anything I can do to make this work?
Note: It works fine on Wayland.

You did not tell us what OS release and version you are using.
Workstation? KDE? a different spin?

Note that the intent is for X11 to be retired at some time in the near future, so as much as possible users should be trying to do everything with wayland as the transition continues. The Workstation and KDE releases already have completely retired X11.

My suggestion FWIW is to use wayland since that seems to work for you.

It’s KDE (specified in post title though not in body).

Apologies - It’s Fedora 43 KDE. I just installed it yesterday.
Totally understand that “Wayland is the future” and Fedora sees X11 as being on its way out (as proved by the GNOME situation), but I was having some difficulty playing a game with Gamescope while on Wayland, so using X11 was kinda just the better option for me. There definitely could be some way to fix that gamescope issue, but I just wanted to game for the moment, not do more troubleshooting.
