Pinebook Pro usb-c does not work on kernel 6.6+

Hello everyone, I know Pinebook Pro is a troubled device, but I’ve just moved from Manjaro to Fedora. I’ve got F39 installed and out of the box it works, however after full update and switch from Kernel 6.5.6 to anything newer (6.6.12 or 6.7.4) the USB-C port is only good for charging.

I have a feeling that something was wrong with my usb-c port from the very beginning (video output never worked for me, some devices only work in specific cable orientation), so I’m wondering how people’s experience is with latest kernels right now? Anyone aware of the BZ or a work around?
