Is the driver actually loading? Please post the output of lsmod | grep -E "nvidia|nouveau" after booting with “nomodeset” Have you tried removing the ‘rhgb’ ? Also please provide a new result of running dnf list --installed \*nvidia\* as well as sudo dmesg | grep -iE "nouveau|nvidia"
