Tengo un problema con Fedora 38 Workstation Gnome
Desde hace unos días, tengo la partición de sistema (/) llena y tiene 45Gb.
He estado investigando y creo que son los flatpak. Me explico.
Tengo 13 aplicaciones instaladas. He bajado Warehouse para gestionarlas.
Pero haciendo un Flatpak List, tengo 4 versiones de Mesa, otras tantas de Adwaita theme, QGnomePlataform, KDE Plataform… Muchas, no todas, me aparecen en el gestor de dostware para desinstalar, pero no sé si debo…
Éstas 2 carpetas en concreto ocupan:
var/lib/flatpak/repo — 9Gb
var/lib/flatpak/runtime — 8Gb

Sí, al actualizar el sistema, obtienes varios (GNOME Application Platform versión 4x), por ejemplo.
O si instala una aplicación anterior que no está disponible para la versión actual de gnome, instalará la versión de plataforma necesaria. Esta versión de plataforma ocupa al menos 1 GB.
¿Cómo mantengo pequeño mi entorno “Flatpak”?
flatpak list --columns=ref,size
Controle si la aplicación anterior todavía es necesaria o si hay un sustituto más nuevo. Limpieza de Flatpak de versiones anteriores.
También tenga en cuenta los paquetes RPM si no utiliza una versión de Fedora inmutable como Silverblue, etc.
sudo du -hs /var/lib/flatpak/* para ver si algo ha cambiado
si no, profundizo en los subdirectorios para investigar si se pueden eliminar archivos temporales/caché con: sudo var/lib/flatpak/repo du -hs * y sudo var/lib/flatpak/runtime du -hs *
