Pactl: switch between headphones and speakers

I got scared by hdajackretask’s interface. PTSD from the 1990s!

However, the thread did provide me with another (simpler?) solution:

How can I disable front panel jack detection?

Run alsamixer. If necessary, select your sound card with F6. Navigate to “Auto-Mute” with the right arrow →. Disable it with the down arrow ↓. Press Esc to exit.

I tried it and it works.
