Package missing in F39 beta

I’m trying to build a copr RPM for a package I maintain. It requires php-laminas-zendframework-bridge but (at least as of today) is not included in F39. I found this page
https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/package/php-laminas-zendframework-bridge?collection=f39
that says " * Package is blocked in koji".

Where do I find out if this is just a temporary hiccup of if the package will be dropped in F39?

I confirm I orphaned the Laminas framework a few months ago (lack of resources, missing dependencies, lack of reviewers…)
and as nobody steps in to take ownership, it has been removed from the repo
