Output audio is not working, audio only works through bluetooth

I’m using Fedora 42 KDE Plasma and have successfully installed all the necessary files and packages to prepare my desktop for gaming mostly, but also for everyday common usage. The only problem that I have is that the output audio does not work through the speakers of my monitor.

I have checked the alsamixer as well as making sure my nvidia gpu had been installed properly. Nothing is muted yet there is never any audio coming out of my speakers. The only time I can hear the audio is if I connect to my bluetooth speaker or headphones.

Its been almost a week and I have tried everything to fix the output audio, but nothing ever seems to work. Please help!

pls post output of inxi -Fzxx, wpctl status and dnf list \*nvidia\* --installed as preformatted text “</>”

Did this work in the past? How are you connecting to the monitor: HDMI or DisplayPort, direct connection or do you use some intermediate hub/KVM device? Have you tried both HDMI and DP?
