OpenGL uses llvmpipe instead of amdgpu

Hi there!
Since a couple of days, I have the issue that OpenGL rendering does not use hardware acceleration anymore. This was originally on Fedora 42. Since then, I updated to Fedora 43, but that did not change the situation.
The amdgpu driver is loaded and in use (Wayland is smooth as always, and lspci reports it as being used), but OpenGL uses software rendering for some reason. The system obviously booted into the Fedora 41 kernel when I was looking into the issue today. But that was easily fixed using grubby.
And probably since the same time, VLC crashes as soon as it plays a video – but I am not sure, if it is related or not. I am using Steam, and Heroic Games Launcher.
Does anyone have an idea on how to look into this? Any help would be appreciated!

I am using the integrated graphics of a Ryzen 8700G.

Just a follow up: the KDE settings report llvmpipe as graphics processor, so it’s entirely possible that Wayland uses software only compositing, too (it’s just so smooth that I didn’t expected that). glxinfo also reports the llvmpipe.
