Only one of the audio outputs is working and a lot of HDMI devices are showing but none of them work

Just reinstalled Fedora 37 workstation edition, after install I had a lot of updates because the ISO was relatively old. After that, my audio setup got messed up and only the headphones work when I select them from pavucontrol. Audio devices entries in quick settings and system settings don’t work at all, and I can’t find a way to get the laptop speakers to work.

When pasting from journalctl you need to use a wide screen so you don’t lose the important content.

The Fedora default wire plumber configuration can need tweaking for specific hardware and use cases. See: Free Desktop.org wireplumber. These documents are quite technical, but the page has links to community resources and bug reporting. Many distros use the same pipe wire and wireplumber tools, so searching for similar issues across multiple distros can be helpful.

Thanks, and sorry for the stupid mistake I made with copying.
It was working fine before and after the re-install -I was using Fedora but I had another issue and I already wanted to nuke and pave-, it only broke after the update, so hardware wise it should work.
I’ll see if I can find anything in the documents you sent. Thanks again.

Issue solved by simply downgrading pipewire and wireplumber with:

dnf downgrad

And rebooting fixed the issue.

Then updating them with:

dnf offline-distrosync

Didn’t cause the issue again, so we are golden.
