Now the performance level is stuck at level 4:
The problem is that it uses about 40 watts all the time doing nothing. Other than that it is very good.
I`m in Plasma. When I set the display refresh rate to 60 Hz the performance level goes to 0. Anything above it goes to 4.
Is this a Plasma or driver issue?
