Not able install realtek 8723 wifi driver in my hp laptop

Sir,I am using hp laptop with realteck network system…I am unable install wi-fi driver in Fedora 31 insttalled in this laptop under dual booting with win10.I want to install realteck 8723 driver.I am attaching the system properties with this post.I have already downloaded the drivers for installation.Please guide me to install the driver from HDD which i have already saved in the system.

Please go through the attached files where the errors are shown.I am new to linux,so i request little elaborate guidance…please.
