No sound through speakers after the last update

After the last update I’ve faced a problem I don’t have sound in my speakers.
The fun thing is it works through the headset. Probably cause of discrete sound card. If I start a YouTube video and switch to internal speakers video stops and looks like it’s loading, if I switch back to headset video playback continues.
Here is what changed during the last update:

Any ideas on how to trubleshot this are welcome!
Thanks!

I am sorry but reboot solved the issue.
I was going to check if problem persists on the older kernel, but missed a moment and booted to the 6.5.6-200.fc38.x86_64.
So the thread can be closed.

Whenever there is an update, if you note any issues the very first step that should be tried is a reboot.

Sometimes drivers and software gets updated but already loaded drivers do not match. Rebooting ensures that drivers in the kernel match supporting app software in user space.
