No sound after update to kernel 5.18.5

Can anyone please help me? after updating there are no soundcards only Dummy Output.

This is reproducible across fedora(5.18.5 or 5.18.6 from testing repo) and clearlinux(only other distro I have tested), dnf update --exclude=kernel* causes no problems, to whom should I report this?
