And I cannot go the way via /etc/modprobe.d/i915.conf and dracut -f within ‘Fedora Cloud Base UKI Image’

I’m really at a loss at the moment because I’ve been used to the flexibility I need from Fedora for years. In the background, I would like to use HW Accel support for the Intel Corporation Alder Lake-N [UHD Graphics].
