No graphics output after sleep with kernel 6.0.x

My screen stays black after I wake up from sleep with kernel 6.x. The monitor is receiving a signal, i.e. it shows the current DisplayPort connection, but after that the monitor goes to sleep.
This never happened before and after power cycling the PC it works normal again.
Problem present on F36 and F37.
Problem:
Kernel 6.0.5-200.f36.x86_64
kernel-6.0.8-200.fc36.x86_64
kernel-6.0.8-300.fc37.x86_64

No problem:
kernel-5.19.16-200.fc36.x86_64

Plasma 5.25.5
AMD RX 6700

I have the same issue, I run Mainline Vanilla 6.1RC5.

Do you still get the same issues with a newer kernel?
