i just fresh install fedora 44, the sound works for a while, and then i run sudo dnf up after reboot, my sound is not working. when booting, it shows error snd_hda_intel no codecs found but when i enter bios, i can hear beep sound, so it think its not hardware problem.
i already use fedora for years and never got issue like this. already try solution from internet like editing modprobe.d config, switch back to fedora 43, and also trying another distro but the sound output still shows dummy output.

Does audio work if you boot an older kernel?
Unfortunately not, i already install fedora 43 with old kernel but the sound still not work.
what is the current system? f43 or f44?
you stated that audio works initially in f44. That would be
kernel 6.19.10-300.fc44 in the fedora repository.
