a decade ago on a distro i was, a new kernel like each 6 months was the most interesting and controversial thing ever, here is like changing socks
i think this week alone we went from kernel 7.2.5 to 7.2.8
7.2.7 only lasted me like 2 days
the speed maintainers and developers of fedora keep is amazing, not to mention that these kernels just work here, nothing to report
at this speed kernel 7.4 should be here in like november!
hats off to fedora team

The pattern is to get a Fedora kernel about 2-3 weeks after the upstream kernel is released.
So we should have 7.3 in later October, early November.
The patches to the released kernels can come out a lot faster especially if there are critical security fixes. Which is why you see 7.2.8 so quickly.

Been on Fedora for 4 years and the update speed still gets me. Never had a kernel update break anything, either.
