New Discourse Group for Quality Team

Reference this guide, I am looking to get a new group setup for the Fedora Quality Team on discourse.

Group Display Name: Quality Team
FAS Group: qa (https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/group/qa/)
Initial Owners: @adamwill & @kparal
Member List Public/Private: Public
Automatic TL1: No.

If I’m missing any information needed, please do let me know.

There’s a ton of other options.

I called it ‘fedora-quality’ to match the other groups.

I am not sure how the fas linkage is set.

Can you take a look and see how it looks and what needs adjustment?

I have no qualms regarding the name of the group - I was just mirroring that rest of the quality team setups based on https://forge.fedoraproject.org/quality/tickets/issues/738

Interesting, I think it’s already done as I can see it’s now been populated but I did notice that the group name changed to qa same as the FAS group.

yeah, sorry, after I sent that I looked at other groups and saw that
they used the fas group name. So I changed this one to do that as well.

Don’t suppose you know how to go about creating a discourse title for the Quality Team?

I’ve configured some defaults for the group, like tracking the quality-team tag, tracking Common Issues topics, set the bug icon as the flair image. Also provided some group description and links.

What I also wanted and hoped for, is that people would be able to go to Preferences → Accounts → Title, as set something like “Quality team” or “Tester” as their title, so that it easily identifies their primary focus when participating in a discussion. However, that doesn’t seem to be controlled be the group. I don’t see any options for it inside the group config, and I can’t set any title that would be related to the QA group. I wonder if I’m missing something, or if this needs to be done differently?

(I see e.g. a “Proven Tester” as a title option, but that’s not the same, and I also remember I had to do something specific to have the title list populated, according to my FAS groups or badges or something).
