NetworkManager Hovers at 2.3 to 3% CPU Since Upgrade to 41

I just upgraded from 40 to 41 and am seeing constant cpu usage by NetworkManager that hovers around the 3% range. I’ve never seen this in all the years that I’ve been using Fedora. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?

Try monitoring the journal for any abnormal activity.
It may be related, but not limited to NetworkManager.

I’ve tried running “journalctl -f -n 0 -u NetworkManager.service” and not seeing anything other than lease renewals. I’ve rebooted and same behavior…consistently 2 to 3% CPU.
