I realize it’s not used for much anymore, but the Fedora Wiki still exists, and one of the things it IS still used for is wrangling the change proposals (prior to their discussion here).
So, I recently went through and created pages for all of the Category:ChangeAcceptedF## categories that were missing one, turning them from redlinks to blue links on the change pages and eliminating 13 top-20 entries at Special:WantedCategories.
I did this for every one except Category:ChangeAcceptedF40, which is inexplicably (alone, among the change categories) protected from page creation.
Since there appears to be no reason for that protection (the reason given is “high traffic page”, which is no longer true anyway), and because no other category pages hold the same status, I was hoping someone with rights could lift it?
There’s probably a bug tracker I could file this request in, instead… but I don’t know where it is. (There’s also no wiki tag here, which is making it difficult to find the required 1 tag to post this with. Wiki is probably under Docs, right? Heck if I know.)
