This auto detects AMD/Radeon and nvidia GeForce GPUs, and installs the correct drivers. It auto-detect legacy cards and installs the appropriate driver. This can enable rpm-fusion repos if necessary. It also gives card info, software versions, etc…
Has been tested on fedora 43, and 44. Has been tested with Radeon 7800XT, nvidia 2080 RTX super, and nvidia 3050 mobile. The adds a new tool under your system menu (tested on KDE and Gnone).
That should be very nice, considering the issues people have with these drivers. I can’t test 'cause my laptop is intel.
But you should (if you haven’t already) post on reddit (both fedora’s and general linux).
