I started a system upgrade with the dnf system-upgrade command but my laptop has been stuck on this step for about 2 hours now.
I’m really tempted to force shutdown the computer but I’m not sure if I should follow through with that. Any thoughts or suggestions?
I’m upgrading from fedora 39 to fedora 41.

4 Hours later… Yes reboot it. Can’t realy do anything else. But it looks like only the kernel was not installed so you will probably be able to recover.

I did this and everything seems to work fine. I don’t know what was wrong.
I also followed all the post upgrade tasks @ledeni recommended using his link and no errors or anything usual showed up.
