My LINX1010 (tablet)'s Wi-Fi drivers don't work in F42, but did with Windows 10 Home 1809 and OSTW. How can I diagnose why?

Similarly to:

I have a LINX1010 that is now bootable:

Its Wi-Fi used to work perfectly on Windows 10 (and, from what I recall, does on openSUSE Tumbleweed with KDE Plasma Desktop). However, it doesn’t work on Fedora 42 with plasma Desktop or mobile, because:

  1. It endlessly attempts to connect to my LAN, which solely ever results in notifications that the network has been “deactivated”, before it attempts to again.

  2. The relevant KCM’s switches frequently fail to enable or disable Wi-Fi.

To diagnose:

  1. NetworkManager.service is active (and enabled). restarting it does little, although appears to somewhat assist in ensuring that the toggles work.

  2. I haven’t yet add RPMFusion’s repository, much less any drivers.

May have been due to bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2302577. [1] I’ll update and re-evaluate when I’ve time to. I see similar at forums.ubports.com/post/87516.
