Multiple Monitors Screen Striping while Playing Video

I updated to Fedora 39 and I use a stacked monitor setup. My bottom monitor is a wide screen 34in the top is a 27in, on Fedora 38 this was no problem but since upgrading I get this - Imgur: The magic of the Internet - every time I play a video. I reinstalled the nvidia driver but no such luck, anyone else dealing with this?

Interestingly enough, if I have the display settings open and on top it stops

That looks like it may be something that is affected by the screen refresh rate. Have you checked the display settings carefully and maybe tried different settings in the display setup screen?

I changed the refresh rate going from 144 to 60 it didn’t make much of a difference, it looks like less tearing at 100hz but I can’t be sure
