Msr-sck tools for intel/AMD

Hi everyone,

I’ve submitted my first package for review and I’m looking for a sponsor.

Package: msr-sck - a read-only hardware monitor for Intel and AMD servers
(reports voltage, temperature, frequency, power, C-state residency; works
under Secure Boot / kernel lockdown).

The package builds cleanly on fedora-43 and fedora-44 (verified via COPR).
I’d be grateful if someone could review it, and I’m happy to do informal

If not then I suggest you introduce yourself on the Fedora dev mailing list and ask for review there as well.
