Monitor display "no signal" after unblocking laptop

I got recently a Lenovo ThinkPad P1 Gen 3. I have an Acer monitor which work well with Fedora on my previous laptop. After changing from my previous laptop(which also is a Lenovo Thinkpad but different model and Fedora 33) I started to have problems with Fedora 35 and my new laptop. After blocking the laptop and then unblocking it Monitor lose signal from HDMI.

If I set the display to Built-in Only and restart Monitor start working again, but it is very frustating to have to do it everytime after going to lunch, or coming back from a walk. What can I do to solve this behavior from my laptop?
