Monitor attached to hdmi (wired to nvidia) lags in dell laptop with silverblue (already with proprietary graphic)

Guys, im facing some lag in my external monitor attached to hdmi on my laptop that is wired to nvidia.
Already using latest fedora proprietary driver (565.77) from rpmfusion.

Is there any solution for this ?

For me, as a workaround switching from Hybrid Graphics to Discrete Graphics in the BIOS settings improved the lag on the external monitor.
