Mobile broadband deactivation after enabling camera for the Surface GO 1

Hello to whom is reading this,

Today, I just switched to F39 with Gnome from Linux Mint 21.3 on my surface GO for simplicity and an optimal tablet experience. I managed to setup my mobile broadband and get connected, briefly. I adjusted the buffer sizes and setup the connection through the wizard, and subsequently I wanted to get my built-in cameras working of which I used the commands:
to install libcamera and dependencies command; sudo dnf install libcamera libcamera-tools libcamera-qcam libcamera-gstreamer libcamera-ipa pipewire-plugin-libcamera
then command sudo dnf install intel-vsc-firmware followed by a reboot.

After reboot, I got my cameras to be operational in cheese, but I completely lost my mobile broadband connection. I used the command "mmcli -L "only to get the result of displaying “No modems found.” Is there an alternative to having the cameras and mobile broadband operational simultaneously? Any form of direction would be useful. I will post logs later on, and below are the URLs that aided me in obtaining functionality of the device.
