Mirrors f.p.o. needs a makeover (though not promptly)

As I was reviewing @thunderbirdtr’s PR here PR#1086: Python2 to Python3 convert process - fedora-websites - Pagure.io, I came across the mirrors.fedoraproject.org site folder - which is apparently maintained in a different repository.

Anyway, I opened this link up to see how this page looks like (for I haven’t paid it a visit ever) and I was promptly redirected to https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/.

The page does what it is supposed to, but that is not to say that it can not be any better. How do you think can we make it look better?

Looks good to me, clear and simple table. I wouldn’t spend time to improve the look of something that is actually fine.

How about allocating volunteers’ time to bring up services that we used to have but that have stalled somewhere, for example Fedora Packages

There’s not much going on with this static site (which refreshes after some definite intervals of time) but one of the key issues which were raised in our last meeting was that most of our applications do not follow a consistent design language.

We would, of course, have to come back to the mirrors page at a later point in time but if we can depute this as an easyfix task, owing to the fact that there is not a lot going into it - we can incentivize new contributors to participate with the W&A team.
