Login on https://badges.fedoraproject.org/ and see which badges you have. If saying hello here, you should make them visible also in discourse.

2. and:
   • you haven’t posted here before
   • or you have new badges since the last time you’ve posted,

Well, after I posted the question it updated my latest 3 badges, but I didn’t have the chance to compare the number of badges here with the number in the badges site.

The code isn’t very sophisticated, and goes through your whole list from the badges site, so it’s pretty likely to do that properly.
