M-Pancil under Fedora

Hi, I have the following problem:
I have installed Fedora 38 Workstation on my Huawei MatebookE,
but unfortunately the M-Pancil is seen as touch input and not as a pen.
The pancil can connect via Blouetooth but that changes nothing.
I.e. I cannot use e.g. Xournal++.
Have any of you had experience with this and have you fixed it?

Thanks for your help
Johannes
