LXDE from fresh installation from Fedora 31 ISO

Hello,
I used to install Fedora from a net install ISO dvd and now I cannot find a distri net install ISO dvd for FEDORA 31. Where can I find it.
Now, I have downloaded the FEDORA 31 live ISO dvd and I cannot install the LXDE DESKTOP because via this ISO, I don’t see how I can have the software selection menu.
It was possible with the net install version and not with the live version.
Any help will be apreciated.

or
Use the everything iso from: https://alt.fedoraproject.org/
