LXDE and Fn-keys, easy way to get it working?

I want to use LXDE on my laptop, because I have poor i3 cpu and 4GB ram. I would like to configure fn-keys (screen brightness, volume control…) but seems a bit difficult via configuration files. Is there any software to do it the easy way?

You can use lxhotkey:

Thanks, I didnt know about this one. My problem just turned a bit more difficult and I need more understading…
First of all, before you start LXHotkey, do
touch /tmp/.X0-lock
then application will start.
I couldn,t find easily, how to add new keybindings for volume control, there was a list of available options thou.

Then I decided to try xfce4 and it looks more cool and fn-keys were working out of the box…

Not the optimal solution for this thread/question … And I’m not sure whether it’s a xorg/wayland issue too…
