Packages for the BLAS-like Library Instantiation Software Framework. These use a spec file modified to work on other distributions, which isn't allowed in Fedora. Since blis packaging is now in Fedora and EPEL 7, only the EPEL 6 and OpenSuSE packages are now useful here.
