Lost boot access to Fedora after installing another OS

I tried to make a dual boot with Ubuntu so I could use Android tools. Fedora udev rules make this impossible, and the package android-sdk-platform-tools-common which fixes this in Ubuntu is not available in Fedora.

Anyway, the issue is that I wanted to make a dual boot but Ubuntu doesn’t recognize Fedora (probably because it is encrypted) and so took over the bootloader and now I cannot access my Fedora setup. So how can I reinstall the Fedora bootloader which should see ubuntu as that is not encrypted?

Thanks
