Looking to build a Flatpak from a local .rpm

Hello everyone

I am looking to build a flatpaks for 3 .rpm that I have. The one I am currently working on is bleachbit which the latest build from the bleachbit website is not in the Fedora repos. The latest builds are in python 3 and have new features. I am looking for tutorials on how to build flatpaks from local files but can’t seem to find any.

Can anyone steer me in the right direction?
