I don’t see a delay there other than the time in userspace. Have you tried booting again? Sometimes the first boot after an install or upgrade takes extra time while performing configs.
The commands systemd-analyze blame and systemd-analyze critical-chain can show a lot of detail about what is taking time. Please post those as text using either the </> button on the toolbar or by bracketing the text like this
