Download the RPM and extract the ISO image file under /usr/share/kentos-release/KentOS-8.2.2004-x86_64-boot.iso and burn to CD/DVD or pack to USB Stick with an ISO Imagewriter (alternatively use dd) and install KDE Plasma Desktop 5on CentOS 8.2.2004 in a standard CentOS installation.
