timedatectl set-local-rtc 0 vai reverter timedatectl set-local-rtc 1. Mas eu não acho que é mesmo mau. É simplesmente significa que o tempo de BIOS pode estar errado quando é o horário de verão.
But summer time, at least here in Brazil and which is suspended indefinitely, is one hour and not three hours apart from normal time.
When in doubt and with that terminal warning message, I prefer to do the reversal.
