Logitech MX Keys S issues after KDE Plasma update

Fedora 42 KDE Plasma, after yesterday’s KDE Plasma update (to version 6.4.0) there was a problem with Logitech MX Keys S with Bolt key:

  1. During system startup I can enter password to LUKS2 - keyboard works OK.
  2. During login to KDE Plasma I can enter password - keyboard works OK.
  3. After logging in to KDE Plasma:
    3.1. Standard keys - letters, numbers, F1-F12 - DO NOT WORK (in Kate, in console etc.)
    3.2. “fn” + F1-F12 keys, “calculator” key - works OK.
  4. Solaar - sees keyboard, pairs and unpairs keyboard correctly.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Or where to report a bug?
