Login Screen not working after Monitor change

Hello,
I have changed my Monitor setup and now I am having some issues with the Login Screen. Short summary: When I have plugged in all three (1x HDMI, 2x DP) the Login Screen is blank.

Extensive description:
I have connected 2x DP Monitors and one TV per HDMI to my computer (F42, Radeon 7700X):
Old Setup:

Old Setup
TV Monitor B Monitor A
HDMI DP-2 DP-1
New Setup
TV Monitor A Monitor C
HDMI DP-2 DP-1

I removed old Monitor B, switched Monitor A to DP-2 and added the new Monitor C to DP-1

Now whenever I have all three plugged in, the Login-Screen does not show, instead it shows a white/grayish blank screen. When I unplug the HDMI till the Login screen shows up, and then plug it in, all works fine - after reboot with HDMI plugged in the issue comes up again.

I already tried deleting the kwinoutputconfig.json via the rescue mode, but it didn’t help.

Have you resynced SDDM’s display settings with your current plasma desktop configuration?
SDDM has its own monitor config.

Yes, I reset SDDM to default.
I made some progress, applying the new screen config takes about 30 seconds each time now. Also when I use a kscreen-doctor command it takes that 30 seconds time.
