I tried earlier with OpenSuse Aeon, and was able to get proper zoom at the login, but in Silverblue it’s always like this:
How do I file a bug for this and does anyone have a workaround?

Hello,
I know this may not be the actual correct way to do it, but you could try the accessibility options at top right to see if a screen zoom is there. But just so you know, the login is handled by GDM, so maybe Aeon uses a different login manager. Also, screen settings for a single user would not be honoured at (global) login screen on a system setup for multi-user target, which is the default setup for Fedora.
You may be able to copy the monitors.xml file from your user after it is configured to the gdm user.
Probably want to take a look at this thread.
