Problem
Fedora live media like the Fedora Workstation Live ISO do not boot/install on Snapdragon aarch64 laptops.
Cause
There are still several known issues with kernel support for these laptops, which require manually specifying some extra kernel commandline parameters to workaround.

Workarounds
This can be worked around through a set of extra kernel commandline parameters. Installing Fedora on these laptops also requires applying some post-install workarounds. Both are documented in the Snapdragon WoA Laptop Install wiki page
