Let's have a new meeting for the team

Usually we had meetings weekly that allow us to do ticket triage and discuss important stuff. This meetings are usually text meeting vía IRC/Matrix, and I would like to keep it that way, because it’s easier to log the meeting with zodbot.

So to have the first new meeting I’ve created the When is good to select the better time slot. I will take answers until sunday and send the meeting in the calendar on monday.
