Laggy experience after recent akmo-nvidia drivers update

Today new akmod-nvidia drivers came in, available in Discovery > Updates. After the update though, all is laggy. Does someone have the same problem?

A strange thing is that it still shows the older version:

cat /sys/module/nvidia/version
570.133.07

EDIT: After another restart it seems the problem is gone:

cat /sys/module/nvidia/version
570.144

However, TeamSpeak 3 doesn’t work any more now.
