Kwin Wayland memory leaks?

Hello,

Since a few days, I have been having some issues with KWin Wayland taking 70% of my RAM and one full core after a few hours :

It is pretty bad. Fortunately, I can launch kwin_wayland --replace& without losing all my session like before (still it kills Firefox).

I use this version:

Has anyone experienced this too recently?

Sounds like it is worthy reporting to the KDE folks.
The latest blog pointed out that not many people beta test plasma so hardware specific issues only show up after release.

It might already be 496469 – Memory leaks and instabilities on multi-monitor setup

I bought a new external monitor to work and it’s been happening since around that time.
