Kinoite won't update anymore

For a few weeks I have been seeing this on Discover.

This would be there even after a reboot, and wasn’t causing a harm it seemed.

However today I can’t update at all

What do I need to do to fix this?

I see you had the RPM Fusion free and non-free repos layered in the rollback deployment, but in the current deployment they are missing. Instead, rpmfusion-nonfree-nvidia-driver seems to be configured, probably manually. Is there a reason you have removed the rpmfusion-free-release and rpmfusion-nonfree-release repos?

Of without the cdemu issue as i din’t need it for work.

Updates weren’t working before I did this, it was stuck on 20260730 trying to install 20260806

I suggest you follow the steps from RPMFusion’s website to install the repos as local packages (again) and reboot:

sudo rpm-ostree install https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm

Afterwards you can turn the local packages into layered packages, which is needed for future system upgrades to newer Fedora versions:

sudo rpm-ostree update \
--uninstall rpmfusion-free-release \
--uninstall rpmfusion-nonfree-release \
--install rpmfusion-free-release \
--install rpmfusion-nonfree-release

But your issue might not be caused by this, it can well be a temporary issue with the RPMFusion repos being out-of sync with the Fedora ones, which usually solves in a couple of days.

While the timing makes the two issues look similar, there may be different underlying causes. You’d have a better chance in replies here on the forums if you opened a different topic. Then, if it turns out the underlying causes were the same, you can post back here for cross-reference.
