Hi,
During the boot process there are 4 timed out jobs:
These devices exist and don’t generate alerts while booting from the previous deployments. The fstab file is exactly the same on both deployments.
Do you have any idea about what could be the cause? Is there something I could do for fixing it?

I don’t see snap installed in your currently booted deployment in the status you posted.
Can you post your rpm-ostree status again? (no need for verbose if that does not work in Discourse).

OK, so what’s the diff between the image that works and the new one? You can get it with rpm-ostree db diff once booted on the image that works.

Hi, I’m already on Kinoite 44, I was expecting this issue would solved when upgrading to the current release but I’m still stuck on 43.20260309.0, none of the upcoming versions could boot. Any idea? I mean something different than making a new install from zero. Thank you very much in advance!

So this is weird. If you could get the full console log from the failing boot that would help. Otherwise you can try to update but keep the existing kernel using rpm-ostree override replace ... with the current kernel RPM packages that you can get from the repos.

I renamed it to 40-libsane-rules.bak and the problem was solved.
There’s something weird about this bug, the 40-libsane.rules file is exactly the same as in the old deploy which has no issues to boot, I guess something changed in the kernel which doesn’t recognize the ENV{libsane matched}=“yes” argument. It should be more users reporting this, or there’s something else.
